Step 2: Access assessment

If the clearance is tight, we measure it on site before we promise anything.

Step 3: Service design

We confirm bin sizes and a collection schedule for the site. The low entry trucks collect 120L, 240L, 660L and 1100L wheelie bins.

Step 4: Delivery and placement

We deliver the bins and place them where the low entry truck can collect them, clear of the day-to-day use of the car park and bin room.

Step 5: Collection

We collect bins on the agreed schedule. Our fleet is 10+ GPS-tracked vehicles, including low entry trucks, and the vehicles carry NMI-approved scales.

Bin sizes

120L wheelie bin

The 120L bin is the smallest wheelie bin collected by the low entry trucks. It suits sites with limited storage and a lower waste volume, including small shops and offices on tight streets.

240L wheelie bin

The 240L bin is a common choice for basement bin rooms and other tight-access sites. It is used for general waste and recycling.

660L wheelie bin

The 660L bin is a four-wheeled bin for higher-volume sites such as strata buildings and busy food businesses. It can be moved through many service corridors and bin rooms.

1100L wheelie bin

The 1100L bin is the largest wheelie bin collected by the low entry trucks. It suits strata buildings and commercial sites with higher volumes, where the bin room can store it.
